　　12岁男孩，“摔伤右肘部肿痛活动受限6小时”外院急诊转诊到天津医院，既往史无殊。

　　术前 X光片

　　术前查体：右肘部肿痛畸形活动受限，右手拇背伸、对掌、分并指活动良好，右桡动脉搏动及右手充盈良好，手部无明显感觉异常。

　　影像学分析：右桡骨颈骨折(桡骨颈骨折，完全移位，Judet IV型)

　　入院诊断：右桡骨颈骨折

　　术中X光片

　　完善术前检查，伤后两日于臂丛阻滞麻醉下行“右桡骨颈骨折克氏针辅助闭合复位弹性钉固定术”。

　　复查X光片

　　术后8年复查：右上肢无畸形，右肘屈伸、右前臂旋转活动无受限。
