摘要：   Spine fusion technique has been the most frequently used technique in the treatment of degenerative spinal diseases. However, various related complications force doctors to look for other substitutions. The proposing and application of non-fusion technique has changed the concept of traditional spine surgery. A great number of early and present researches have revealed good results, nevertheless, the results vary due to the deficiency of highquality clinical researches. The definite conclusion can hardly be drawn, while the technique should be used cautiously.
