Giant Cell Tumor (GCT) is an invasive lesion with potential malignant change, which accounts for the second position of benigh bone tumors. The age of commonly onset is between 20 to 40 years old. No obvious sexual difference exists. It mainly occurs in epiphysis of long bone in limbs. Spinal GCT is rare. Complete vertebrectomy is considered to be the major measure to reduce the recurrence of tumors. Incomplete vertebrectomy was conducted in 1 patient with GCT in cervical vertebra. Complete vertebrectomy was conducted in 1 patient with GCT in thoracic vertebra. Based on follow-up after the surgery, pain was significantly relieved and no recurrence was observed.
