Hemangioendothelioma is a rare low-grade malignant bone tumor. It is intermediate between hemangioma and angiosarcoma of the bone, and it is often displayed with intermediate or unspecific diffuse infiltrative growth pattern but rarely transfers. A patient with hemangioendothelioma of the coracoid process of the right scapula was treated in our hospital. The reconstruction plate fixation, in situ ablation and bone graft fusion were adopted, with good postoperative outcomes. Now it is reported in detail as follows.
