Because of its effects on the quality of life and high economic cost, it is attracting the whole society’s attention. The treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures continues to update. The review is on the non-surgical and surgical treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, so that it could help the clinicians choose appropriate treatment.
